2021 Spring M.A.P. Injury Prevention / Recovery Program

You are registering for the FREE 2021 Spring Injury Prevention/Recovery program with Mass Athlete Performance. Players must be currently in school grades 5-8 to register. Each session will include a variety of mobility, flexibility, stability, muscle activation, plyometric and landing mechanics, and postural exercises.  This will take place at the end of the week on Sundays at 10:30 at Defazio Park May 16, 23, (Can't do May 30 because of the Memorial Day Tourney), June 6, 13.  The program is open to boys and girls from 5th grade through 8th grade. The program will be run by Jeremy Conn.  Jeremy has a Master's Degree in Sports Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  He has worked as part of the strength and conditioning program for Boston College and Union College where he also was a member of the men's soccer team.
