
Winter Elite Goalkeeper Training - Session 1

Thank you for registering your player for Winter Elite Goalkeeper Training - Session 1. The dates are as follows (6-weeks): Mondays 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15.
Players will train between 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
The location is at Wide World of Indoor Sports South (WWIS), 1610 Davisville Road, North Kingstown. Field location will be communicated to you prior to the first training date.
Description:
Led by Kyle Froberg, URI Men's Soccer Assistant Coach, goalkeeper training is for beginner and advanced goalkeepers. The training will focus on the basics like positioning, catching the ball, and shot stopping, but every session will also cover more advanced material ranging from handling crosses to distribution to diving. The modern goalkeeper's job is more than to only stop shots and here you will learn all the important aspects while having fun at the same time!
This goalkeeper training is focused for goalkeepers with competitve experience.
Note regarding indoor training at WWIS:
1. Face masks must be worn at all times in WWIS.
2. WWIS is not allowing parent spectators in the center of the building at this time.
3. Players must be punctual to arrive for training and switfly leave upon the conclusion of the training.
Refund Policy
In the event of a Facility shut-down (as a result of COVID), a prorated refund will be provided less any processing fee.
