Summer Performance Training 2021

We are a sports performance facility focused on maximizing the potential of every athlete that we see. Our focus is on technique to help keep athletes healthy by preventing injury and improving efficiency of movement. We will use speed, agility, and strength training to help each athlete be the best they can be We are located at 1501 S. Five Mile Rd. across from Albertsons July 5th-Aug 13th (6 week training program) 2011 – 2010: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4 - 5pm 2009 – 2008: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5 - 6pm 2007- 2005: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6 - 7pm 2004 – 2003: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 2 - 3pm
