Fall Recreational Programs 2021
BYSL's recreational programs are designed for continued player development and fun while increasing the level of competition. These programs are designed to build on individual skills and encompass all players born in 2017-2007.
In the youngest program, the Youth Development Academy (YDA) players born in 2016-2017 are put on co-ed teams of 4-6 players and participate in training/game sessions each Monday and Wednesday during the Fall 2021 season. Each session is from 5:30-6:30p at the soccer fields at Mel Erickson Park west of EIRMC. The first 30 minutes are training and the last 30 minutes are for small-sided games.
The next age group, players born in 2014-2015 are typically, but not always, grouped in gender specific teams, and also hold their trainings and games each Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30p at Mel Erickson Park. For these kids they train on Mondays and play small-sided games on Wednesdays.
