Focus/Objectives: The Technical Sessions will be led by Ri Armstrong – Competitive Staff Coach and currently our U11 and U12 Boys Academy Head Coach. Session will focus on the technical aspects of creating chances and scoring goals through the various techniques involved in movement on and off the ball, recognizing, creating and solving 2v1 and 1v1 situations, as well as crossing and finishing. The session plans will also take into account maintaining a low physical demand and high quality of repetitions to insure a proper session the day before games.
